Personal-use licence

1. Licence granted
After verified payment, LDTH grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the purchased content version indefinitely. The purchaser may use it on their own devices and keep reasonable backup copies.
2. Updates for 12 calendar months
For 12 calendar months from verified payment, the purchaser may obtain corrections and ordinary updates that LDTH releases for the purchased product. This is not a promise of any minimum release frequency. A separately identified new product or major upgrade may be priced separately; the purchased version remains available indefinitely.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Sharing an account or files with another person.
- Reselling, sublicensing or publicly distributing the content.
- Removing rights notices or bypassing access protection.
4. Education boundary
The content is educational only. It is not personalised investment advice, a trading signal or a guarantee of financial return.
5. Refund effect and retained rights
After a full refund is confirmed by the payment provider, future access and downloads may be revoked. Payment and audit records are retained. Nothing in this licence excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
