Support and refund policy

This service is not offered to people located in Australia, Australian residents, or anyone acting for an Australian resident. If you believe the regional decision is incorrect, contact support@landuth.com.
Nature of payment
“Support LDTH” is a voluntary one-time Australian-dollar payment to YCX Group Pty Ltd, which provides content as LDTH. It is not a charitable donation, is not tax deductible, creates no subscription, and unlocks no course, investment advice, signal, financial return or priority treatment.
Amount and confirmation
Accepted amounts are AUD $5–$1,000. Stripe displays the final amount before payment; funds are collected only after you confirm on Stripe.
Refunds and statutory rights
For an unauthorised or duplicate charge, incorrect amount or technical problem, contact support@landuth.com promptly. We will review the payment record and apply the relevant law; an approved refund returns only to the original payment method. This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Payments and data
Payment is processed by Stripe-hosted Checkout. The LDTH Portal does not collect or store full card numbers; it retains only the minimum payment state and identifiers needed for reconciliation, refunds, disputes and audit.
