Term and renewal
One payment covers 12 calendar months. Renew manually; there is no automatic billing. An early renewal extends from the current active term end; an expired membership restarts from verified payment.
Licence scope
During the active term, a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence covers existing and future formally opened LDTH-owned digital services and updates explicitly included in membership. Third-party or mixed-rights content and human mentor services require separate purchases. Membership access ends at expiry; prior permanent purchases are unchanged. You may use the content on your own devices and keep reasonable backup copies.
Do not share accounts or files, resell, distribute publicly, sublicense, remove rights notices or bypass access protection. Content is educational only; it is not personalised investment advice, a trading signal or a return guarantee.
A provider-confirmed full refund revokes future membership access; payment and audit records are retained. Non-excludable consumer rights and remedies remain protected.
