LDTH · REFUNDS & CONSUMER REMEDIES
Refund and consumer-remedy policy
Provider: YCX GROUP PTY LTD (ABN 70 676 490 243), trading as LDTH. Contact: support@landuth.com.
1. Voluntary change-of-mind refund
LDTH offers a full change-of-mind refund when the request is submitted within 168 continuous hours after payment confirmation, including the exact boundary, and before first access to the digital content.
2. Meaning of first access
First access occurs only when the system first successfully returns a body-bearing 200 or 206 content response. Opening a page, creating a link, a redirect, a HEAD request, or a failed download is not first access.
3. Mandatory and statutory remedies
The voluntary change-of-mind promise does not limit remedies for duplicate charging, non-delivery, inability to access, serious technical faults, material mismatch with the description, unauthorised payment, or any other right provided by applicable law. These matters remain reviewable regardless of time or access.
4. How to request and how refunds are paid
Submit a request through the Client Portal or contact support@landuth.com. A request does not itself execute a refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After a full refund is provider-confirmed, future access is revoked while payment and audit records are retained.
5. Digital supply acknowledgement
Online digital content may not qualify for a statutory seven-day no-reason return. LDTH separately provides the 168-hour, pre-access voluntary refund above. First access ends only that additional promise; mandatory or statutory consumer rights remain.
